| Clients within the Bergen or Rockland Counties area (Full-time training fee): $1350 per month. (See below) |
| Clients within the Bergen and Rockland Counties area (Part-time training fee): $800 per month. (See below) |

How often do we train?
- For FULL-TIME training, I will work out with you as often as I deem it necessary to reach your goals as quickly as possible. This can mean working out anywhere from 3 – 4 days per week for as long as it takes to complete our fitness regimen that day (usually 1 – 1.5 hours).Your fee covers ALL of our training sessions and workouts, as well as additional programming for cardio and strength training done on your own.
- In the case of PART-TIME training, we will only train 1 – 2 times per week or a maximum of 8 sessions in one month. Part time training includes exactly the same services as full time training but with less frequency.
Where do we workout?
The beauty of the personal training services that I offer is that we are not bound or restricted in any way, shape or form.
We can workout wherever we need to and whenever we need to.
Depending on your circumstances, we may train at Movements 4 Life (in Suffern, NY), at your home, outdoors, or any combination thereof. You leave that all up to me.
Upon securing training time with me, I will take the necessary steps to ensure a smooth and seamless training experience where all you have to do is show up and be accountable.
