About Chris (owner):

Chris Pickett is a certified trainer (NASM, ISSA), an MBA (Finance) and a former U.S. Marine who has been training clients with great results for over 10 years. He has worked with all ages and ability levels including: youth fitness programs (ages 9+), high school athletes, endurance athletes (runners, cyclists, triathletes), fitness competitors, pre-habilitation & rehabilitation patients, general weight loss & conditioning, and seniors. Chris is a part-time runner, snowboarder (when there’s actually snow), avid baseball fan (the Indians will win a world series before he dies), and full-time beer enthusiast (in moderation of course).
